I agree. I might accept religious symbols if the underlying religion did not discriminate against sub-groups of the population, such as women, LGBTQ, non-Cristian, or non-Muslim, or non-Jews, or non-whatever…but I cannot find such a religion. They are all divisive. There is nothing currently more divisive than religion, and as long as that is the case, I cannot support the display of any symbol which recognizes that religion. To do so would be to castigate one group compared to another for no good reason.
