Question AFT Put to Each of the Five Federal Political Party Leaders

As leader of the [Name of Party] party and candidate in the federal election of September 20, 2021, do you commit yourself and your party to promoting a refugee policy—for refugees from Afghanistan for example, or from any other country— (1) which recognizes that atheists, non-believers and apostates are consistently the target of severe persecution by the religious, up to and including fatal violence, and therefore often need to find refuge; and (2) which also recognizes the importance of not admitting to Canada people who peddle values incompatible with fundamental human rights?
